30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Be in original packaging

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged product
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

TideSmile works with international fulfillment partners. Orders are shipped directly from our supplier to customers in Australia.
Because of this:
• Return shipping times may vary
• Return addresses may differ depending on the supplier
Return instructions will always be provided by our support team.
Non-Returnable Items

• Items not in original condition
• Items damaged after delivery
